During my trip to San Francisco’s Fog Fair, put on by SFMOMA, there was a consistent theme that caught my eye…. Texture. Texture plays a large role in interior design and is often a best kept secret to making something “ok” to absolutely stunning. This made me think of three ways texture can be applied to your home design.
I spent a Saturday with both client and close friend, visiting Fog Fair, hosted by SFMOMA at the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion. It is a wonderful display of contemporary art and design. For an interior designer, it is a place for inspiration and to be purely awestruck. The booths are really well curated and edited with art, furniture and some really funky stuff. It is the crème de la crème. After many hours, as well as, many photos, we worked up quite an appetite. We took our hungry selves to A16 for some authentic south italian food. I had an amazing Saturday and look forward to share more design experiences with you! Below are a few of my favorite photos taken during our trip.
